Fun Food Veggie Platter

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

Carrots
Bell peppers (assortment of colors) Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Basil leaves
Celery
Hummus

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare vegetables:
    – Shred half of the carrots and slice the remaining half into coins.
    – Slice bell peppers into different shapes.
    – Slice cucumbers into a variety of shapes: coins, half-coins, and strips.
    – Halve cherry tomatoes.
    – Separate basil leaves from stem; discard stems.
    – Separate celery into individual stalks, trim leaves.
