Curriculum
Our curriculum is for sale only for schools and community programs, non-profit organizations only. It is not for sale to individuals, not intended for home use, resale, re-packaging or for those looking to offer it to support / augment sales of any product or other services. You agree that you will use our materials only as intended and will not use our materials (alone or in connection with other materials or activities) in any way that violates any applicable laws. Our materials are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, and your use of our materials is at your own risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties (express and implied), including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, freedom from errors, and suitability of content. Your purchase and use of our materials does not (and is not intended to) confer any rights or remedies upon any person or entity other than you and us. This agreement, your relationship with us, and your use of our materials are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. If any claim or dispute arises out of your purchase or use of our materials, you agree that (a) you agree that any such claim or dispute must be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and (b) our total liability (if any) to you or any third party (whether jointly, severally, or individually) for any damages or losses of any kind shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to purchase the materials.
I agree to all of the terms above and understand that any violation of terms will result in immediate termination of all rights and access to Green Bronx Machine Classroom Curriculum including the return of all materials to Green Bronx Machine International at my own expense.
